Thank you. I felt very happy.
We want to get to know you a little bit better. Can you tell us about your family?
I am currently living with my two sons, my mom and dad, and 4 of my other family members.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to clean my home, wash the laundry, cook, and spend time with my friends. My friends and I make food and talk with each other.
Who is your role model and why?
My mom. She nurtures me, cares for me, and helps me grow. When I’m in a hard situation she comforts me and encourages me.

When have you been the most satisfied in your life?
When I was having a tough time before I joined Purnaa, but after I joined here I felt like I could do something about it. That was one of the best days of my life.
What is your job at Purnaa?
I am sewer on Team Prerana.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I like working together and creating a fun and happy workplace.

What did you do before you worked at Purnaa?
I was a waitress at a restaurant.
What is different about Purnaa from other places you have worked?
Our salary is always on time. Everyone here is like a family. If anyone runs into a hard situation, we help each other. I feel happy here. Before I worked at Purnaa, sometimes I would only work once a week and then go several weeks without work, but here our work is continuous.
If I were to ask your team leader what your greatest strength is, what would they tell me?
I think is she might say that I work honestly with integrity.
If you had to convince a friend to apply for this job, what would you tell them?
There are a lot of my friends who want to work here, but there are only so many jobs available right now. I tell them that you get good health benefits and school allowance for your kids. Also you save money on lunch because it is provided every day. Everyone at Purnaa is like a family.
What dreams do you have for the future?
I want to be able to learn new skills so that I won’t ever have to say, “I don’t know how to do this.” I want to keep doing a good job and fulfilling the responsibility of my work. I want to work at Purnaa for a long time.
I am still living with my family, but I want to be able to live separately with my sons. I still have some loans, so I want to be able to pay those off and afford to live on my own.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I hope we continue to get continuous work for all of our teams. Even if there is a lot of work I am happy because that means there is work. The more work the better for us.
