Design Considerations

• Detailed features as thin as 0.02" and text as small as 0.25" high

• Our machines have super-wide capabilities, handling up to a 12" x 10" Sewing Field

Specifically for caps, we can embroider

• Anywhere on the visor (top or bottom).

• Across seams on the front panel(s) or side 2 panel(s), starting from 1" up from the bottom and ending 4.25" up from the bottom.

• Up to 3" high x 7" wide on the front panel of a Mid-Pro cap

• Up to 2" high x 5" wide on the front panel of a Skate cap

• Embroidery on the side panels or back of cap also available

Colors available: We keep 40+ colors in stock & can order additional colors for no extra charge. Additional lead time, 2 weeks.

Thread: embroidery thread is made from recycled polyester and is certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

Max number of colours per design: 16

File requirements: Jpeg, Png, Pdf, Ai or Ofm. The artwork must be at least 300 dpi.

MOQS: our embroidery MOQs match our product MOQs. So for example, caps are 12 pieces per style, 48 pieces per order and t-shirts are 24 pieces for in-stock t-shirts and 100 for made-to-order production runs.

Sampling : we will always send you a photo of your embroidery design on a fabric swatch for photo approval before embroidering the product. 

A one-off sample costs between $25-$30 plus shipping.
