Surprised, but very happy and excited.
What is your job at Purnaa?
I work with fabric cutting. I’m the cutting team leader.
Do you like working at Purnaa? And what do you like about Purnaa?
Yes, I like working here! I like that they respect people equally. There is no discrimination.
What is different at Purnaa compared to other places that you have worked?
At Purnaa people will encourage you to grow. In other workplaces people will often pull you back. At Purnaa people don’t judge you about your background. In other workplaces people will remind you about your background and mock you. Here, I feel free. I feel like a new person, and I’ve left my background behind. I’ve even forgotten about my past bitter life. I’ve come a long way and reached this target in my life.
What do you like to do during your free time?
I like to spend time with my family.
What is your favorite food?
I eat everything, I’m not particular. But I prefer Nepali food.
What is your dream for the future?
To be a master cutter. I want to teach cutting to others.
