Purnaa has evolved significantly over the last 10 years, enhancing our skills and expertise to better serve our customers and offer the best in Fair Trade and ethical manufacturing. We're thrilled to update you on the top 8 innovations and lesser-known products and services available in 2024.
1. Embroidery (launching in March 2024!)
Introducing our in-house embroidery machine for caps, garments, and accessories. From March we will be offering embroidered designs in a range of 40 colours with up to 16 colours per design.
2. Toys (stuffed animals and dolls)
Initially developed for a US-based client, toys or 'stuffies' as we affectionately call them at Purnaa, now represent 70% of our business, employing 150 people. We create toys, dolls and stuffed animals either on flatbed knitting machines or from the softest fleece (like our red panda below) both can have optional hand-embroidered details.

3. Flat bed knitting
With 53 machines in-house we can produce toys such as stuffed animals and dolls, doll clothing, beanies, mittens and scarves. We source wool locally and cotton yarn from India.
4. Caps
We offer a wide selection of customizable white-label caps, including trucker, dad, skate, and bucket styles. Our cap styles have low minimum order quantities (12 pieces per style, 48 per order), are completely customisable with sublimation printing and embroidery, and can be delivered in as little as 2 weeks. 5. White Label Products
Products that can be customized with any print, in any colour. Styles include accessories like gaiters, headbands, beanies, and bags. Similar to caps, we offer low minimum quantities and fast fulfilment on our white-label products.
6. Laser Etching
Our team can personalize cork, leather or PVC accessories including key chains and cap patches on our in-house machine.
7. Custom hangtags
A variety of labels and hang-tags, including printed, woven, and Lokta paper tags, emphasizing sustainability and Nepalese craftsmanship. These tags are automatically included in estimates and quotes unless specified otherwise.
8. Home compostable packaging
Purnaa offers 100% home compostable polybags as standard. Bags include printed instructions for disposal.
